Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, submitting an advertisement, purchasing an advertising product, creating an order, making a payment, renewing an advertising service, or otherwise using APlusWebTraffic.com, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Listing Standards, and any additional terms presented for a particular advertising product, service, package, channel, or transaction.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform, submit advertising, create an order, make a payment, or renew an advertising service.

2. Nature of the platform

APlusWebTraffic.com is a commercial online advertising platform. Its mission is to help small, medium, and large businesses, organizations, professionals, creators, products, services, and other approved commercial destinations gain visibility and connect with potential customers.

APlusWebTraffic.com is not a social media platform, public debate forum, political discussion platform, or ideological advocacy network.

Accounts provide access to advertiser tools and allow users to manage advertising products, advertising services, advertisements, orders, payments, renewals, referrals, and related commercial activity. The account itself is not the advertising product being purchased.

An advertising product is a commercial offering. A completed and accepted purchase may create or renew an operational advertising service with its own identity, owner, service period, allocations, rights, and eligibility for supported advertising channels.

Commerce records what was purchased. Advertising services govern what may operate. Advertising allocations define finite capacity. Advertising rights define available capabilities. Advertising channels and discovery features present approved advertising to the public.

These distinctions describe the commercial and operational nature of the platform. They do not guarantee any particular advertising result.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction where you live.

The platform is intended for adults and for persons acting with legal authority on behalf of a business, organization, client, or other advertiser.

If you use the platform on behalf of another person, business, organization, client, agency, or other third party, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf and to bind it to these Terms where applicable.

Eligibility to purchase a particular advertising product, use a package benefit, access a channel, or participate in a referral feature may depend on additional operational requirements displayed by the platform or defined in applicable policies.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account access.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly notify us that your account has been compromised.

You must not create an account using false or misleading information, impersonate another person or business, or use an account to evade a suspension, rejection, restriction, payment obligation, review decision, or prior enforcement action.

A person or organization may maintain more than one legitimate account when there is a genuine commercial purpose, including managing separate businesses, brands, clients, agencies, or operations. Multiple accounts must not be used for fraud, manipulation, evasion, duplicate benefits, unauthorized attribution, or violations of these Terms.

You may stop purchasing or renewing advertising products at any time. Choosing not to renew one advertising service does not automatically close your account or cancel another independently purchased advertising service.

You may request account closure, subject to legal, accounting, payment, dispute, fraud-prevention, security, backup, moderation, referral, and record-retention requirements.

5. Advertising products and services

APlusWebTraffic.com may offer Standard Advertising, Advertising Packages, renewals, additional keyword capacity, promotional placements, advertising channels, and other commercial advertising products.

Each advertising product may have its own price, eligibility requirements, service period, allocations, rights, renewal rules, approval requirements, and supported advertising opportunities.

A completed purchase may create an operational advertising service. An advertising service is the continuing operational representation of the purchased advertising product.

Renewing an eligible advertising service continues its existing operational identity. A renewal does not create a replacement service unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise.

Advertising packages are independent. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing, renewing, suspending, expiring, or ending one package does not purchase, renew, suspend, expire, cancel, or alter another package.

A package may provide finite advertising allocations, including domain, keyword, coupon-grant, publication, placement, or other capacity. It may also provide binary advertising rights, including access to supported publishing tools, referral features, or advertising channels.

Unused allocation generally expires with the applicable service term and does not roll forward unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise.

The basic year Standard Advertising purchase currently includes:

• One advertisement.
• One approved destination URL.
• 1 included exact-match keyword.
• Directory eligibility after approval.
• Search eligibility for approved keywords.
• Access to available advertiser controls and basic reporting.

Product descriptions and order details presented at checkout control the specific commercial offer being purchased.

6. Pricing, service periods, and renewals

The current base price is $10 for one year Standard Advertising term.

The first keyword is included. Each additional exact-match keyword currently costs $1 for the same year term.

Prices displayed during the order process control the amount of that order. Prices may change for future purchases or renewals, but changes do not retroactively alter a completed order.

Public descriptions such as “annual advertising,” “one year,” or “365 days” describe the advertised annual service term. The platform may use a limited internal operational grace period for processing, continuity, or renewal administration without changing the public description of the product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.

An eligible active service renewed before expiration may be extended from its existing expiration so the advertiser does not lose remaining prepaid time.

An eligible service renewed after expiration may restart from successful renewal fulfillment and does not receive retroactive service for the expired gap.

A renewal may create a new operational term with new allocation and right snapshots while preserving the permanent identity and history of the existing advertising service.

We may send expiration and renewal reminders, but you remain responsible for renewing an eligible service before expiration if uninterrupted service is desired.

7. Orders, payment, and fulfillment

Advertising products and services must be purchased through an order accepted by APlusWebTraffic.com.

An order may contain separate items for Standard Advertising, an Advertising Package, a renewal, included benefits, additional keywords, promotional services, discounts, taxes, or other approved advertising-related items.

Payment may be processed by PayPal or another supported payment provider.

Payment providers operate under their own agreements, privacy policies, availability rules, and dispute procedures. APlusWebTraffic.com does not control the independent operation or policies of an external payment provider.

An order is not considered paid merely because a payment page was opened or a payment attempt was started. Payment must be successfully confirmed and accepted.

Successful payment records commercial truth. Separate fulfillment, validation, review, or activation steps may still be required before an advertising service, allocation, right, listing, keyword, or channel becomes operational.

A completed payment does not guarantee approval or public display of an advertisement that violates these Terms, the Listing Standards, applicable law, safety requirements, political-advertising restrictions, child-directed advertising restrictions, or platform policies.

Pending, failed, cancelled, refunded, reversed, abandoned, or otherwise unpaid orders do not create, extend, restore, or renew operational advertising rights unless and until valid fulfillment occurs.

8. Advertising review

Initial advertisements and materially changed advertisements may require human review.

Review may include the destination URL, headline, description, category, location, keywords, media, intended audience, business purpose, account history, and compliance with these Terms and the Listing Standards.

Purchasing an advertising product provides an opportunity to submit qualifying advertising for review. It does not guarantee approval, publication, ranking, placement, impressions, clicks, traffic, leads, sales, conversions, or any other outcome.

Approval is not permanent permission to violate these Terms or the Listing Standards. Advertisements and destinations must remain compliant throughout the applicable service period.

We may review an advertisement or destination again after approval, including when its content, ownership, purpose, audience, redirects, linked pages, or commercial activity changes.

An eligible renewal of an unchanged approved advertisement may continue without another human review. A materially changed advertisement may be returned to review before continued public exposure.

9. Corrections, rejection, and refunds

The commercial policy of APlusWebTraffic.com is that all sales are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by APlusWebTraffic.com.

A correctable submission may receive an opportunity to make a correction. A correction opportunity is not guaranteed.

Clearly prohibited, deceptive, abusive, dangerous, unlawful, political, child-directed, evasive, or otherwise out-of-scope advertising may be rejected without a correction opportunity or prior warning.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by APlusWebTraffic.com, payments are not refundable after review work has begun, an advertising service has been fulfilled, an allocation or right has been granted, a reservation has been created, or an approved advertising period has been activated.

A rejected submission may be ineligible for a refund when it violated the Listing Standards, contained materially misleading information, attempted to evade review, concealed its political or child-directed nature, materially changed after submission, or involved prohibited content.

Nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Refund decisions, where available, may take into account:

• The reason for rejection.
• Whether a correction was offered.
• Whether public exposure had begun.
• Whether the destination materially changed after submission or approval.
• Whether an advertising service, allocation, right, package benefit, reservation, or channel had been used.
• Payment-provider rules and applicable law.

Maintaining an active qualifying Standard Advertisement may be part of the continuing eligibility requirements for certain advertising privileges, including Referral Program participation. Choosing not to renew a qualifying Standard Advertisement does not create a refund entitlement for an independently purchased Advertising Package or another completed advertising purchase.

Any refund, dispute, chargeback, reversal, or administrative credit may result in cancellation, suspension, expiration, reversal, or adjustment of related advertising services, benefits, allocations, rights, referral commissions, or other commercial consequences where appropriate.

10. Advertiser-submitted content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including headlines, descriptions, destination information, images, videos, logos, offers, and other original material.

You grant APlusWebTraffic.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, review, moderate, and use submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, administer, and improve the advertising platform.

This licence ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except where retention is reasonably required for legal, security, accounting, backup, dispute, fraud-prevention, moderation, reporting, referral, or enforcement purposes.

You represent that you have all rights, licences, permissions, releases, and authority necessary to submit, display, and advertise the content and destination.

You must not submit content that falsely presents a political, ideological, child-directed, or prohibited destination as an ordinary commercial business for the purpose of passing review.

11. Destination responsibility

You are solely responsible for the website, social profile, page, application, product, service, offer, business, content, or other destination promoted by your advertisement.

You must ensure the destination:

• Uses a complete HTTPS URL where required.
• Is safe, functional, and reasonably accessible.
• Accurately matches the submitted advertisement.
• Does not contain malware, phishing, harmful downloads, spyware, deceptive redirects, or other unsafe technology.
• Does not materially change after approval in a way that violates these Terms or the Listing Standards.
• Does not conceal political, ideological, child-directed, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited content behind an apparently commercial landing page.
• Complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

We may reject, suspend, remove, or require correction of an advertisement if its destination becomes broken, unsafe, materially different, misleading, political, child-directed, prohibited, or unlawful.

If we later discover that a destination is political in nature, primarily directed to children, or otherwise outside the commercial purpose of the platform, we may reject, suspend, remove, or decline to renew the advertisement without prior warning or a correction opportunity.

12. Exact-match keywords

Keywords are advertising tools used to determine eligibility for relevant exact-match searches and other supported discovery functions.

A keyword purchase or allocation does not create ownership, exclusivity, trademark rights, ranking guarantees, or a promise of any particular number of impressions, clicks, visitors, leads, or sales.

Multiple advertisers may use the same keyword.

Keywords must be relevant to the advertised destination and must not be selected to mislead users, impersonate another business, exploit another party's rights, attract unrelated traffic, conceal a political purpose, or target children contrary to these Terms.

Additional keyword capacity may be purchased or provided through eligible advertising products, packages, coupons, promotions, or other approved advertising benefits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, keyword allocations are not cash, stored value, or refundable monetary credit.

13. Public exposure and placement

Only approved, active, compliant, and unexpired advertisements are eligible for public exposure.

Advertisements in draft, awaiting-payment, pending-review, needs-correction, rejected, suspended, archived, deleted, or expired status are not publicly eligible.

Eligibility does not guarantee:

• A fixed ranking or placement.
• A minimum number of impressions.
• A minimum number of clicks.
• A minimum amount of traffic.
• A sale, lead, inquiry, or conversion.
• Continuous display on every eligible page, placement, directory, feed, channel, or search.

Placement and rotation may depend on relevance, category, location, media type, availability, service status, allocation availability, rights, platform rules, traffic, moderation, technical conditions, testing, and current or future advertising options.

We may improve, reorganize, expand, reduce, replace, or change advertising placements and discovery features without guaranteeing that any specific placement will remain permanently available.

14. Advertising standards

Every advertisement is subject to the APlusWebTraffic.com Listing Standards and any additional advertising policies applicable to a particular product, package, format, placement, channel, audience, or destination.

Advertisers are responsible for reviewing and following the current standards before submitting, changing, renewing, or redirecting advertising.

We may reject, request correction, suspend, restrict, remove, expire, or decline to renew advertising that does not satisfy applicable standards, legal requirements, payment requirements, safety rules, audience restrictions, political-advertising restrictions, child-directed advertising restrictions, or platform policies.

Approval of one advertisement does not require approval of another advertisement and does not prevent later enforcement if the advertisement, destination, intended audience, ownership, purpose, applicable law, or platform standards change.

APlusWebTraffic.com reserves the right to determine whether an advertisement, destination, organization, campaign, movement, product, service, or body of content is consistent with the commercial purpose of the platform.

15. Child-directed advertising

APlusWebTraffic.com is intended primarily for commercial advertising directed toward a general or adult audience. The platform is not intended to operate as a child-directed advertising platform.

Advertisements whose primary purpose or intended audience is to market directly to young children are not accepted.

Child-directed advertising may include, without limitation, advertising that directly promotes toys, children's entertainment, children's games, child-focused applications, children's communities, children's influencer content, or similar products, services, or experiences primarily to children rather than to adult decision-makers.

Advertising relating to children may be accepted when it is clearly directed toward parents, guardians, educators, schools, healthcare providers, childcare providers, or other adult decision-makers.

Examples may include family services, pediatric healthcare, educational services promoted to adults, children's products marketed to parents or guardians, and family attractions promoted to adults planning activities.

Approval depends on the overall intended audience, presentation, language, imagery, destination, and commercial purpose—not merely on whether children are mentioned.

Advertising that we reasonably determine to be primarily directed to young children may be rejected, suspended, removed, or declined without prior warning or a correction opportunity.

16. Political advertising

APlusWebTraffic.com does not accept political advertising.

This includes advertising that promotes, opposes, endorses, campaigns for, fundraises for, recruits for, organizes for, or otherwise seeks support for:

• Political candidates or public officeholders.
• Political parties.
• Election campaigns.
• Referendums or ballot initiatives.
• Political action committees or similar groups.
• Political organizations.
• Political movements.
• Political fundraising.
• Political messaging or campaigning.
• Political advocacy or recruitment.

This policy applies regardless of political affiliation, viewpoint, ideology, popularity, geographic location, or whether the political position is considered mainstream, controversial, popular, or unpopular.

A website, organization, movement, campaign, channel, publication, or destination may be considered political even when it initially describes itself as educational, informational, community-based, nonpartisan, cultural, or commercial.

We may consider the advertisement, destination, linked content, ownership, funding, calls to action, recurring themes, recruitment activity, fundraising, and overall purpose when determining whether advertising is political in nature.

Advertisements that APlusWebTraffic.com reasonably determines to be political in nature may be rejected, suspended, removed, or declined without prior warning or a correction opportunity, including after initial approval if their political nature is discovered later.

APlusWebTraffic.com does not favor or discriminate against any political party, candidate, movement, or ideology. Political advertising is simply outside the intended commercial purpose of the platform.

17. Community focus

APlusWebTraffic.com exists to help small, medium, and large businesses, organizations, professionals, creators, products, and services grow through advertising.

The platform is designed to provide a professional commercial environment where advertisers can promote legitimate products and services and where visitors can discover businesses without being drawn into unrelated political, ideological, inflammatory, or socially divisive material.

Community Focus is separate from the Political Advertising policy. Political advertising is excluded because politics is outside the platform's commercial purpose. Community Focus describes the broader professional environment APlusWebTraffic.com intends to maintain.

APlusWebTraffic.com is not intended to function as:

• A social media platform.
• A political advertising network.
• A political campaign platform.
• A public debate forum.
• An ideological advocacy platform.
• A destination for outrage-driven, inflammatory, or intentionally divisive engagement.

We may reject or remove advertising that is materially divisive, inflammatory, hostile, provocative, or inconsistent with the professional commercial environment of the platform, even when it does not qualify as formal political advertising.

Future services and other advertising channels are intended to preserve this same commercial focus.

Our goal is to build a professional advertising platform where businesses can promote legitimate products and services and where visitors come to discover businesses—not political viewpoints, ideological campaigns, or divisive public discourse.

18. Prohibited use

You must not use the platform to:

• Submit false or misleading advertisements.
• Promote illegal or prohibited activity.
• Submit advertising whose primary audience is young children or use the platform as a child-directed advertising service.
• Promote political candidates, political parties, political campaigns, political organizations, political movements, political fundraising, political messaging, or political advocacy.
• Conceal or misrepresent the political, ideological, child-directed, or otherwise prohibited nature of an advertisement or destination.
• Submit materially divisive, inflammatory, hostile, or outrage-driven content inconsistent with the professional commercial purpose of the platform.
• Distribute malware, phishing content, spyware, harmful code, or deceptive downloads.
• Impersonate another person, organization, business, or brand.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
• Manipulate clicks, impressions, referrals, rankings, rotations, eligibility, allocations, reservations, rights, or analytics.
• Create fraudulent accounts, payments, orders, advertising activity, package activity, coupon activity, or referral activity.
• Use multiple accounts to evade enforcement, manipulate attribution, or obtain unauthorized benefits.
• Scrape, probe, attack, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass platform security or access controls.
• Resubmit rejected or suspended content to evade a review or enforcement decision.
• Use automated systems in a manner that harms, abuses, manipulates, or unreasonably burdens the platform.

19. Referral program

The Referral Program is an optional advertiser benefit intended to support the promotion and customer acquisition of APlusWebTraffic.com's advertising services.

The Referral Program does not change the nature of the platform, which remains a commercial advertising service.

Participation may require an advertiser to continuously maintain at least one active qualifying Standard Advertisement and remain otherwise eligible under Referral Program rules.

An Advertising Package may provide additional referral-related rights, including Auto Referrals where available, but it does not replace any separate Standard Advertising eligibility requirement.

If your final qualifying Standard Advertisement expires and is not renewed:

• Future direct referral commissions may stop being created.
• New Auto Referral assignments may stop.
• Referral Program participation may become inactive until eligibility is restored.

Existing referral relationships, historical referral accounting, historical commission records, valid payout records, and independently purchased advertising services remain preserved according to their own service periods and policies.

Referral rewards, qualification rules, payment thresholds, eligible pages, attribution rules, commission rates, payout methods, and participation requirements may be defined separately and may change for future activity.

Referrals must be genuine. Fraudulent payments, fake traffic, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, deceptive promotions, unauthorized self-referrals, account manipulation, political recruitment disguised as referral activity, or other abuse may result in cancellation, rejection, reversal, forfeiture, account restriction, or advertising enforcement.

A referral is not final until related payment, attribution, eligibility, and anti-fraud requirements have been verified.

Eligibility to create a new payout request is determined when the request is submitted. A valid payout request created while eligible may continue through review and settlement even if the applicable advertising eligibility later ends.

20. Clicks, statistics, and reporting

Click, impression, traffic, referral, package, allocation, reservation, and other statistics are provided for informational and operational purposes.

We may filter or exclude suspected bots, repeated requests, security scans, invalid traffic, automated activity, internal testing, fraudulent activity, or traffic that does not appear to represent a meaningful visitor action.

Statistics may differ from third-party analytics because systems use different measurement methods, cookies, filters, time zones, attribution rules, service periods, and fraud-detection practices.

We do not guarantee that analytics will be complete, error-free, continuously available, or identical to another provider's reporting.

21. Service availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, improve, replace, test, reorganize, limit, or discontinue features, advertising placements, product offers, package benefits, channels, or platform functions as the service develops.

Temporary outages may occur because of maintenance, hosting failures, network problems, payment-provider outages, media-provider outages, security incidents, software errors, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Where reasonably practical, material changes should preserve already purchased advertising services or provide a commercially reasonable substitute, subject to law, safety, technical feasibility, platform integrity, and these Terms.

22. Suspension, expiration, and termination

Advertising services may end when an applicable service period expires and is not renewed.

We may reject, suspend, restrict, expire, remove, decline to renew, revoke, or terminate an advertisement, advertising service, allocation, right, package benefit, channel access, referral privilege, or account when reasonably necessary to:

• Enforce these Terms or the Listing Standards.
• Enforce the Child-Directed Advertising, Political Advertising, or Community Focus policies.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats.
• Comply with law or legal process.
• Protect advertisers, visitors, third parties, or the platform.
• Address payment disputes or chargebacks.
• Investigate suspicious account, referral, click, advertising, package, coupon, allocation, order, or payment activity.
• Respond to a broken, unsafe, deceptive, political, child-directed, prohibited, or unlawful destination.

Political advertising or advertising concealed to appear nonpolitical may be rejected, suspended, removed, or declined without prior warning.

Advertising primarily directed to young children may be rejected, suspended, removed, or declined without prior warning.

Suspension, expiration, account closure, revocation, or termination does not erase obligations or historical records that arose before the action, including payment, accounting, service, allocation, reservation, rights, referral, dispute, intellectual-property, indemnity, moderation, and liability records.

Ending or allowing one advertising service to expire does not necessarily end another independently purchased advertising service.

23. Disclaimers

The platform and advertising services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

APlusWebTraffic.com does not endorse or guarantee any advertiser, destination, product, service, statement, offer, or third-party content merely because it appears on the platform.

Approval means only that the advertisement was accepted under the information and policies available at the time of review. It does not prevent later review, suspension, removal, or enforcement.

Visitors and advertisers should independently evaluate destinations before entering into transactions or sharing personal, financial, confidential, or sensitive information.

We make no guarantee regarding traffic volume, rankings, exposure frequency, impressions, clicks, revenue, sales, leads, conversions, business results, search-engine results, public response, or fitness for a particular purpose.

24. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APlusWebTraffic.com and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business, reputational harm, loss of opportunity, expected advertising results, or losses arising from rejection, suspension, expiration, removal, or non-renewal of advertising.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability arising from a particular paid order will not exceed the amount actually paid to APlusWebTraffic.com for that order during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

25. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless APlusWebTraffic.com and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your advertisement or destination.
• Your submitted content, media, offer, or claims.
• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your violation of law.
• Your infringement of third-party rights.
• Your political, ideological, child-directed, deceptive, concealed, or otherwise prohibited advertising activity.
• Fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized activity conducted through your account.

26. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the advertising platform, business model, legal requirements, products, packages, policies, standards, services, or features change.

The updated date will be shown at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, account area, or email where appropriate.

Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.

27. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Subject to any non-waivable rights or jurisdiction available under applicable consumer law, disputes will be submitted to the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

28. Severability and entire agreement

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Listing Standards, and any additional terms expressly presented for an advertising product, package, service, channel, feature, or transaction, form the agreement governing use of the platform.
